Instead of just sending reminders, we designed a data-driven reactivation campaign that did three key things:

  • Automated SMS Outreach: Our AI-driven system sent targeted messages to past patients, checking in and uncovering barriers preventing them from returning.
  • Deep Data Segmentation: Rather than a simple yes/no response, we categorized each lead including: new provider, cost concerns, wrong number, not interested, or interested but needing follow-up.
  • Database & Process Optimization: The campaign cleaned up their CRM, updating contacts and revealing gaps in their retention strategy.
