Bare Necessities partnered with Braive to re-engage over 2,400 dormant clients — some inactive for as long as 9 years —after opening a new location. They wanted to drive bookings and build awareness for their brand.

Use AI Assistants to Bring Clients Back

We leveraged AI assistants and automated text messages to reconnect with dormant clients. Instead of manually reaching and nurturing leads, our AI assistants handle communications, saving countless hours and ensuring consistent follow-up.

  • Personalized Automated Outreach: Our AI Assistant, Sarah, sent automated text messages to each of the 2,470 leads, effectively "waking them up" and igniting client interest.
  • Driving Down the Funnel: Through these messages, Sarah engaged leads using her sales training to guide leads down the path to conversion. As a last resort, Sarah was able to offer a small discount to convince the lead to book an appointment today.
  • Location-Specific Guidance: Once a lead showed interest, Sarah was able to guide the clients to book an appointment at their preferred location, ensuring convenience and relevance. By launching the campaign after their Grand Opening, we drove awareness and appointments for the new location.

RESULTS

From Dormant to Booked

  • 487 out of 2,470 inactive leads were successfully re-engaged.
  • 119 leads actively reached out and requested an appointment, uncovering $142,000 in potential LTV.
  • 81 became paying clients, resulting in $12,150 in immediate revenue and up to $121,500 in LTV.
